Gilbert Merz has been working in the real estate industry since 2007 and holds a Master of Business Administration from EBS University of Business and Law. In the past, he has worked for family offices and institutional investors in the areas of investment and asset management, particularly in the residential, office and retail asset classes. At Deutsche Investment, he is responsible for transaction management.
