Andrea Köcher has been active in real estate valuation for almost 20 years and, in addition to her expertise in the valuation of open-ended and closed-end real estate funds, has extensive experience in the field of market and mortgage lending value determination as well as portfolio valuation of all asset classes. Most recently, she worked as a team leader at ZBI Fondsmanagement AG for purchase and sale valuation.
